I placed my order for the Enigma frameset through Prologue late last year. Sure, I could've gone straight to Enigma, but since I was putting the bike together myself, I figured having a local source for advice would be handy. Prologue really came through with fantastic service—they even sent the frame back to Enigma when they noticed a problem before I picked it up. They've been super helpful on the phone whenever I needed assistance, and I'm really glad I chose to buy from them.

I recently bought from Prologue, marking my third bike from them since they started up. This time, I got myself a BMC Road Machine, and once again, the customer service was top-notch.

Just got back from a week in Tenerife, and I can honestly say this bike is amazing—it climbs and descends like a champ!

I had a wonderful experience with Prologue Cycling when I bought my 3T Exploro Racemax. The communication was top-notch through email at first, and when I visited the shop to check out the bike, the service was just as impressive. You could tell everyone there was really into what they do, and I got some solid advice. Since I don’t live nearby, I opted for shipping, and that went off without a hitch. The bike arrived well-packaged and right on schedule, even during the holiday rush. The setup was spot on when it got here, and while I haven’t needed to use their aftersales service, I can’t imagine it being anything less than excellent if I ever do. I chatted with Chris and Jacob over email, but I can’t recall the name of the person I spoke with in the store—sorry about that!
